September 6 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) marginally advanced on Tuesday amidst slim turnover, bourse data showed.
The 22-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, added 0.09% to close at 1,984.32 points.
The narrower CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, ended 0.02% higher at 1,184.17 points.
Hotel owner and operator Turisthotel company [ZSE:TUHO], which is not part of the indices, was the most traded company with a turnover of 612,000 kuna. Its shares rose 2.33% to end at 4,400 kuna.
Blue chip shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] followed with 432,000 kuna ($80,600/81,500 euro) in turnover. Its shares lost 0.49% to close at 406 kuna.
Shares of another shipping company, Tankerska Next Generation [ZSE:TPNG], gained 2.57% to end at 55.80 kuna in the day's third largest turnover, 299,000 kuna. It is part of the the CROBEX, but not a member of the CROBEX10.
The bourse's total trading turnover plunged to 2.4 million kuna from 6.2 million kuna on Monday, when it was boosted by a 2.4 million kuna block deal.
