- In the first nine months of the year, hotel operator Plava Laguna Group posted an EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) of 116.2 million kuna, which represents a 1.0% growth compared with the same period last year.
- According to the data posted by credit rating company Dun & Bradstreet on Wednesday, 24.5% of payments by Croatia’s companies to foreign companies were late more than 30 days from the agreed terms. 64.2% of payments were executed within the agreed deadlines, while 9.9% were late 60 days or more.
- Croatian Post on Wednesday posted an operating profit of 128 million kuna in the first nine months of the year. Compared with the same period in 2008, Croatian Post's total income was increased 11%, while postal services income rose 19%.
