Coronavirus deaths in Slovenia rise to 13, confirmed cases up to 802

March 31 (SeeNews) - The number of people who died from the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Slovenia rose to 13 by Tuesday morning, up from 11 a day earlier, while the number of confirmed cases of the infection increased by 46 to 802, the government in Ljubljana said.

A total of 28 people are under intensive care and 119 are being hospitalised, the government said on a website it has created to monitor the coronavirus spread in the country.

The latest count is based on the test results of 22,474 people.

The first confirmed coronavirus case in Slovenia was reported on March 4.
