October 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition said that it has opened proceedings regarding a complaint against an 8.8 million levs ($5.0 million/4.5 million euro) tender for building a composting installation in the town of Razgrad, effectively suspending the procedure until it reaches a decision.
The complaint was filed by a tie-up named Comsep on October 14, competition regulator data, published on Wednesday, shows.
The composting installation construction project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020.
