August 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment fund Compass Invest has boosted its stake in local SLS Realty REIT [BUL:SLSP] to 12.93% after one of its mutual funds bought additional shares in the company, a bourse filing showed.
Progress mutual fund increased its shareholding interest to 10.35%, representing 206,912 voting rights, SLS Realty REIT said in a public disclosure document on Wednesday.

The financial terms of the share purchase which took place on July 27 were not disclosed.
Compass Invest held a stake of 9.45% in SLS Realty REIT as of June 30, according to the real estate investment trust’s most recent financial report. The investment firm holds the interest through its mutual funds Compass Progress, Compass Strategy and Compass Eurostability.
SLS Realty REIT’s shares are listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange's alternative market BaSe where they last closed at a price of 5.2 levs. The company, which was set up in 2007, has a registered capital of 2 million levs ($1.21 million/1.02 million euro), according to commercial register data.
