December (SeeNews) - Bulgarian state-owned gas transmission company Bulgartransgaz said on Tuesday it has opened a 1.8 million levs ($1.0 million/920,300 euro) tender for the replacement of above-surface pipes at Chiren underground gas storage facility.
The tender envisages the removal of old steel pipes, the supply of necessary materials and equipment and the installation of new fiberglass pipes with a UV filter, Bulgartransgaz said in a tender notice.
Bulgartransgaz will finance the works from its own funds, it said.
The public procurement procedure is open to candidates who have generated a total turnover of at least 3.4 million levs for the last three financial years and who are licensed for such works.
The deadline for submitting offers is January 10, 2020.
