SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian cigarette filters maker Yuri Gagarin [BUL:4PX] said on Monday that its shareholders have approved the company's plans to skip dividend distribution for 2018.

Yuri Gagarin distributed a gross dividend of 5.67 levs ($3.29/2.90 euro) per share for 2017.

The company's shareholders endorsed the proposal at a meeting held on June 28, the cigarette filters maker said in a bourse filing.

Yuri Gagarin's non-consolidated net profit fell to 3.0 million levs last year from 5.7 million levs in 2017.

Yuri Gagarin shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 10.20 levs apiece.
