January 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Yambol municipality said on Monday that it has signed a 24.1 million levs ($14.1 million/12.3 million euro) deal with local tie-up Elite WWTP Yambol for completing construction of the city's waste water treatment plant (WWTP).
The deal was signed on December 5, the municipality said in a notice.
Five companies and tie-ups submitted offers in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract.
According to commercial register data, Elite WWTP Yambol tie-up comprises three companies. Elite Building Company holds a 50% stake in the tie-up, while Patno Stroitelstvo and Aqua Construction own 35% and 15%, respectively.
