December 18 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian municipality of Varna is seeking to hire a contractor for the second stage of upgrades on a waste water treatment plant, a notice in the EU's procurement journal indicated on Tuesday.
The reconstruction works will be carried out under a project with an indicative cost of 29.3 million levs ($19.7 million/15 million euro), exclusive of Value Added Tax, according to the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED).
Construction works are scheduled to be completed by October 2015.
Bids must be submitted by January 24 and will be opened on the following day. The deposit guarantee is set at 292,000 levs.
