April 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] said that it has sold 8,251 shares in local peer Tehnostroy - Engineering 99 to an undisclosed unrelated party for 1.1 million levs ($633,000/562,000).
Trace Group Hold sold the shares, which have a nominal value of 10 levs each, on April 18, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Tehnostroy - Engineering 99 has a registered capital of 250,000 levs, divided into 25,000 shares with a nominal value of 10 levs apiece, according to commercial register data.
As at 9:00 CET on Tuesday, Trace Group Hold shares traded 2.9% lower at 2.68 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Trace Group Hold's activities include rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of roads, highways, airports, underground stations and underground railways, ground railroads and facilities, urban infrastructure and road marking.
