SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 27 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said on Thursday it has cut its stake in Svishtov-based metal products and machinery manufacturer Ustrem to 45%, from 80%.
On July 27, Stara Planina Hold sold 4,761 Ustrem shares to Plovdiv-based Garant-5 for a total of 269,950 levs ($161,350/138,020 euro), Stara Planina said in a bourse filing.

Stara Planina's investment portfolio includes companies operating in machine building, electrical engineering, perfumery and cosmetics, and textiles.
As at 15:45 CET, Stara Planina Hold shares traded 2.7% lower at 8.421 levs.
