October 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5], a unit of local drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], signed a 4.0 million levs ($2.4 million/2.0 million euro) contract for the delivery of medical consumables with St. Ekaterina University Hospital, the Sofia-based medical institution said on Thursday.
The deal was landed on September 18, the hospital said in a notice.
The tender for awarding the contract attracted offers from 18 candidates. The bids were ranked based solely on price.
As at 15:40 CET on Thursday, Sopharma Trading shares traded flat at 5.75 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
