December 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pharmaceuticals trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SFT] said on Thursday that its pre-tax profit increased by 28% on the year in the first eleven months of 2022, to 29.4 million levs ($15.99 million/15.03 million euro).
Sales revenue grew by an annual 12% in the January-November period, reaching 982.4 million levs, Sopharma Trading said in a stock exchange filing.
In November alone, the company’s pre-tax profit soared to 2.19 million levs, more than five times that of a year earlier, as sales rose by 14% to some 99 million levs.
Sopharma Trading is a unit of Bulgarian pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:SFA], which raised its stake in the company to 85% in September.
As of 1242 CET on Thursday, Sopharma Trading's shares traded unchanged at 6.06 levs on the Sofia bourse.
