October 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:6S6] said that its capital increase, through which it raised about 3 million levs ($1.8 million/1.5 million euro), was successfully entered into the commercial register.
Sopharma Properties REIT increased its capital to some 21.95 million levs through the new issue, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
In July, Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission approved the company's capital increase prospectus that envisaged the issuance of up to 535,392 shares at a price of 5.6 levs apiece. The capital increase was fully subscribed.
Sopharma Properties REIT's shares closed at a price of 5.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Thursday.
Last year, the company raised some 3.0 million levs by placing 462,000 shares at a price of 6.50 levs each.
