SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 8 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Sopharma Properties [BUL:6S6] said on Tuesday it has increased its capital by 18% to 15.7 million levs ($10.9 million/8.0 million euro).
Prior to the increase, Sopharma Properties' capital stood at 13.26 million levs. The company sold 2,454,797 shares at par value of 1.0 lev and issue price of 2.4 levs.
The capital hike has been entered in the country’s commercial register, the REIT said in a bourse filing.
The company is majority owned by local blue-chip drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR].
