July 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pawnshop chain operator Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:6SOB] said that it is launching as of Tuesday a share repurchase programme targeting up to 3% of the company's registered capital, or 71,204 shares.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage will pay up to 9 levs ($5.18/4.60 euro) per share but no less that 5.5 levs per share for the repurchases, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The programme will run until the end of July.
The share buyback will be serviced by local brokerage UG Market.
As at 11:00 CET on Tuesday, the company's ordinary shares traded unchanged at 5.90 levs, while its preferred shares were up 9.02% at 6.65 levs.
