November 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pawnshop chain operator Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:6SOB] said that it launched on Monday a share repurchase programme targeting up to 72,634 shares, or 3% of the company's capital, by the end of the year.
The company will pay between 3.5-6.0 levs ($2.01-3.45/1.79-3.07 euro) per share, Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage said in a bourse filing.
In June, the company's shareholders empowered the board of directors to launch a share repurchase programme targeting up to 10% of the company's capital, but no more than 3% over a single year.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage operates a chain of over 125 pawnshops in Bulgaria.
