January 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage [BUL:6SOB] said on Tuesday that it repurchased a total of 1,000 own ordinary shares at a price of 7.83 levs ($4.86/4.0 euro) apiece on January 18.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage now holds 121,584 own shares, representing 5.12% of all shares with voting rights, the pawnshop chain operator said in a bourse filing.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage launched on January 11 a share repurchase programme targeting 69,085 common shares. The programme will run until February 15, with the company ready to pay up to 8 levs per share but no less than 5.5 levs.
As at 12:00 CET on Tuesday, ordinary shares in Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage traded 1.96% higher at 7.80 levs on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
