January 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial and insurance services provider Synthetica [BUL:EHN] said on Tuesday information and communications firm Specialized Logistic Systems (SLS) has decreased its stake in the company to 7.17%.
Following the transaction, SLS holds 215,038 shares in the company, Synthetica said in a bourse filing.

Also on Tuesday, Synthetica said insurer Euroins Romania has increased its stake in the company to 13.63%.
Euroins Romania is part of Bulgarian financial group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
Synthetica shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on December 29, when they closed unchanged at 42.0 levs ($25.9/21.5 euro).
