January 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] said it has received a 9.78 million levs ($6.2 million/5.0 million euro) loan from UniCredit Bulbank, a unit of Italy's UniCredit banking group.
The loan carries an annual interest of 3-month SOFIBOR + 1.35% and is due in June 2022, Sirma Group Holding said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The company's units Sirma Solutions and Sirma Enterprise Systems will act as guarantors.
Sirma Group Holding has pledged as collateral its unit Sirma Solutions and its own current and future receivables, as well as those of the two guarantors.
