January 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian debt collection company S.G. Group said that it placed a seven-year 236 million levs ($135 million/120.7 million euro) bond issue on December 17.
The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 5%, S.G. Group said in a statement last week.
The issue comprises 236,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each.
S.G. Group is a wholly-owned unit of local Innovative Finances Holding.
