July 16 (SeeNews) - New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria increased by 27% on the year to 12,926 units in the January-June period, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Friday.
In June alone, new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria rose by an annual 29% to 2,953 units, ACEA said in a press release, citing provisional figures.

New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, went up 25% year-on-year to 5.4 million units in the first half of 2021. In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations added 23% to 621,306 units.
