November 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian medical consumables producer Momina Krepost [BUL:MKR] said on Wednesday that it will propose to its shareholders to endorse a capital increase to 4.23 million levs ($2.31 million/2.16 million euro) from 1.69 million levs through a new share issue.
The company plans to issue up to 2.54 million new ordinary voting shares of 1 lev in par value each priced at 2.10 levs apiece, Momina Krepost said in a bourse filing.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 1.27 million new shares are subscribed and paid for. The proposal will be put to the vote at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 21.
The company's equity capital is currently divided into some 1.69 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev apiece, according to the commercial register.
Shares in Momina Krepost last traded at 3.20 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
