May 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer Torgoterm [BUL:TTV] said on Friday that its majority owner - Metalcomplektengineering, has increased its stake in the company by acquiring 4,365 Torgoterm shares in a buyout bid.
The number of shares is equal to a 0.1455% stake in Torgoterm, the kitchen equipment maker said in a statement.

Two Torgoterm shareholders accepted the buyout offer, according to the statement.
Last month, Metalcomplektengineering published a bid for the remaining 2.28% shareholding interest in Torgoterm it did not already own, offering to pay 6.0 levs ($3.8/3.1 euro) per each of the 68,464 shares it wanted to acquire.
Torgoterm, established in 1965, manufactures and imports professional kitchen equipment. The company exports around 80% of its output to Spain, Italy, France and other countries.
Metalcomplektengineering acquired a majority stake in Torgoterm in 2006.
