November 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Lukovit municipality said that it has awarded a 6 million levs ($3.5 million/3.1 million euro) contract for an overhaul of its road infrastructure to Bulgarian civil engineering companies Patengineeringstroy-T and Viastroy, as well as the Viastroy-T consortium.
The deal entails the reconstruction and rehabilitation of three lots of municipal roads with a total length of 15.1 kilometres, the municipality said in a notice to the public procurement agency.
The contract was signed on November 23. The tender attracted offers by three bidders.
Targovishte-based Patengineeringstroy-T is a unit of local IG Holding.
Viastroy is headquartered in Lovech, the administrative centre of the region where Lukovit is located.
