November 27 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Monday that IHB Electric [BUL:55E] has been delisted from the bourse as of November 27.
The decision comes after the Financial Supervision Commission approved the company’s request to be removed from the register of public companies, the Sofia bourse said in a statement.
Earlier this month, ZMM Holding Bulgaria said it has increased its stake in IHB Electric to 97.79% by acquiring 46,418 IHB Electric shares for 10.59 levs ($6.33/5.41 euro) apiece. ZMM Holding Bulgaria is a unit of Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:4ID].
IHB Electric produces hydro power generators, electric motors, turn-key electro-mechanical equipment and provides services for hydro power plants, pumping stations and irrigation systems.
