November 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Holding Sveta Sofia [BUL:4HS] said on Friday that it will seek to place an eight-year 20 million levs ($11.3 million/10.2 million euro) bond issue.
Holding Sveta Sofia intends to use the funds to diversify its portfolio, restructure outstanding obligations and finance the activities of its units, the company said in a statement.
The bonds will carry an annual coupon of 5% with payments due twice per year.
The issue comprises 20,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each.
