July 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sliven municipality said on Friday that it has awarded a 28 million levs ($16.6 million/14.3 million euro) waste collection contract to a tie-up between local companies Green Partners and BKS-Hristo Nanev.
Green Partners owns 99.99% interest in the tie-up, according to registry agency data.
The deal was signed on July 17, Sliven municipality said in a notice to the public procurement agency.
The tie-up submitted the sole offer in the tender for the contract.
Earlier this year, the tie-up landed a 107.4 million levs waste collection and transportation agreement with Sofia municipality.
