September 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Geo-Kri expects to complete works on the 12 million levs ($7.2 million/6.1 million euro) construction of shopping centre Retail Park Yambol by November, local media reported.
Retail Park Yambol, owned by local company Trade Centre Yambol, will have a total built-up area of 10,000 square metres in the city of Yambol, in southeastern Bulgaria, business news outlet Capital.bg reported on Tuesday.
The largest tenant at the shopping centre will be retail chain Lidl, which will occupy 2,230 sq.m. Retail Park Yambol will have a total of 10 stores.
Geo-Kri generated a revenue of 6.4 million levs last year and expects to double this figure in 2020, the company owner - Martin Stefanov, told Capital.bg.
