June 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said on Wednesday that it has asked local Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:6S6] to provide additional documents and information regarding its request for approval of a capital increase prospectus.
The regulator did not provide further details in its statement.
Earlier this month, Sopharma Properties REIT said that it will seek to raise up to 3 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) by offering 462,000 shares for subscription at a price of 6.5 levs apiece.
Sopharma Properties REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 6.55 levs.
The capital hike will be considered successful if at least 231,000 shares are subscribed for and paid for.
The company's capital currently amounts to 20.95 million levs, divided into the same number of shares.
Last year, Sopharma Properties increased its capital to 20.95 million levs from 20.1 million levs through the issuance of 849,979 shares at a subscription price of 6.5 levs apiece.
