April 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] said that it raised 5.5 million levs ($3.1 million/2.8 million euro) in a capital increase.
In the period between April 6 and April 12, warrant holders subscribed for 5.5 million shares at an issue price equal to their par value of 1 lev each, the REIT said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
FairPlay Properties launched the capital hike process last month, offering up to some 74.09 million ordinary shares to its warrant holders.
In November, the company increased its capital to 73.05 million levs by raising 9 million levs after an exercise of warrants.
As of 0950 CET on Tuesday, shares in FairPlay Properties traded flat at 0.92 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
