June 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian medical consumables producer Etropal [BUL:5EO] said that its consolidated net profit in the first quarter of 2019 remained virtually unchanged year-on-year at 20,000 levs ($11,000/10,000 euro).
The company's revenue and expenses remained flat on the year at 2.27 million levs and 2.25 million levs, respectively, Etropal said in an interim financial statement.
Etropal's assets rose to 13.7 million levs at the end of March from 12.6 million levs a year earlier. Current liabilities outweighed current assets at the end of March - 8.1 million levs versus 7.2 million levs, respectively.
Etropal consolidates the results of its majority-owned unit Etropal Trade.
