November 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:52E] said on Thursday that it booked sales revenue of 32.0 million levs ($18.7 million/16.4 million euro) in the January-October period, narrowly missing the forecast of 32.1 million levs, which it announced last month.
Elhim Iskra posted sales of 28.4 million levs in January-October last year.

In November alone, Elhim Iskra expects to generate 2.8 million levs of sales revenue, bringing its total sales for the 11-month period to 34.9 million levs, the company said in a statement.
In January-November 2017, the company booked sales of 32 million levs.
The company generated a preliminary gross profit of 577,000 levs in January-October, of which 62,000 levs in October alone.
Elhim Iskra is part of blue-chip diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR].
