October 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] said on Monday that it has repurchased 178,320 own shares at an average price of 1.033 levs ($0.62/0.53 euro) in the week ended October 26.
The repurchased shares represent 0.0048% of the company's capital, Elana Agrocredit said in a stock exchange filing.
Shares in Elana Agrocredit closed at a price of 1.05 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday.
On October 19, the company launched a share repurchase programme targeting up to 400,000 own shares at a price between 0.90 levs and 1.06 levs per share. The programme will run until November 30.
