September 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Tuesday that local Donev Investments Holding has acquired 1,385 shares in the company at a price of 3.28 levs ($1.82/1.65 euro) per share.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in two deals on September 16, Doverie United Holding said in a statement.
Donev Investments Holding has been actively acquiring small packages of Doverie United Holding shares since the start of September.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board.
Donev Investments Holding is also the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of June, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
As at 9:30 CET on Tuesday, Doverie United Holding shares traded 1.83% higher at 3.34 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
