June 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:6S6] said on Thursday that local diversified group Donev Investments Holding has sold 2,000 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 5.95 levs ($3.41/3.04 euro) apiece.
Donev Investments Holding sold the shares in two transactions on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on June 17, Sopharma Properties REIT said in a bourse filing.
The shares sold represent a 0.0093% stake in the capital of Sopharma Properties REIT.
Donev Investments Holding held a stake of 9.05% in the company at the end of March, according to the REIT's most recent interim financial statement.
As at 13.35 CET on Thursday, the shares of Sopharma Properties REIT traded 0.83% lower at 5.95 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
