July 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment fund Concord Fund-7 South-East Europe [BUL:CODA] said that it will seek to raise up to 47.2 million levs ($27.3 million/24.1 million euro) via a new share issue.
Concord Fund-7 South-East Europe will offer 3.868 million new shares for subscription at a price of 12.2 levs apiece, it said in a bourse filing last week.
The capital increase will be considered successful if investors subscribe for and pay at least 3 million new shares.
Concord Fund-7 South-East Europe shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 12.1 levs.
