April 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Capman Debts Management [BUL:CDM] said on Monday that it has been registered by the Bulgarian National Bank as a financial institution.
The company did not provide further details in its statement.
According to central bank data published on Monday, the decision to add Capman Debts Management to the register of financial institutions was taken on April 8.
Capman Debts Management was established in April 2020, according to commercial register data. The company was admitted to trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in August 2020 and earlier this year raised 1.165 million levs ($724,000/598,000 euro) via a capital increase.
