April 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT (BREF) [BUL:BREF] said on Monday that it has sold some 4.6 hectares of agricultural land for 415,440 levs ($255,580/212,410 euro), or 9 levs per square metre.
After selling the land located near the city of Veliko Tarnovo, BREF owns some 10.2 ha of farm land, the real estate investment trust said in a stock exchange filing.

Shares in BREF last traded at a price of 1.85 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
