January 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s real estate investment trust (REIT) Bravo Property Fund [BUL:BPF] said on Tuesday it will redeem some 225,000 levs ($122,702/115,040 euro) of the principal of a 30 million levs bond.
The repayment will be made along with the coupon payment scheduled on January 11, reducing the bond's outstanding principal to 26.6 million levs, the REIT said in a stock exchange filing.
The bond, issued in 2019 to finance the acquisition of an office building in Sofia, has an annual coupon rate of 3.25% and will mature on April 11, 2024.
In September, Bravo Property announced that its bondholders rejected a proposal for early redemption of the bond.
