SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 28 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment company Velgraf Asset Management [BUL:1VX] said on Thursday investment company Blyasak has increased its stake in the company by acquiring 541,500 shares at a price of 2.437 levs ($1.47/1.25 euro) apiece.
Velgraf Asset Management has a registered capital of 52.3 million levs spread in 52.3 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, according to data from the country’s commercial register.

The deal was concluded on September 21, Velgraf Asset Management said in a statement.
Blyasak held a 32.77% stake in Velgraf Asset Management at end-June, according to the real estate investment company’s first-half financial report.
Velgraf Asset Management shares last traded on the Sofia bourse on September 14, when they closed 0.55% higher at 3.65 levs.
