April 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian farming group BG Agro [BUL:BGAG] said that its wholly-owned local unit BG Agro Trading Company has become sole owner of Abritus BG.
BG Agro Trading Company has purchased a total of 146,100 shares in Abritus BG for a price of 1 lev per share, BG Agro said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Varna-based Abritus BG is active in the tourism and hospitality sector, according to commercial register data.
The change of ownership has already been entered into the commercial register.
Varna-based BG Agro comprises five wholly-owned subsidiaries and one indirect subsidiary. The farming group's consolidated net profit surged to 9.3 million levs ($5.2 million/4.75 million euro) in 2021, compared to 862,000 levs a year earlier, on the back of a sharp increase in sales of goods, according to the most recent financial report of the company.
