April 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] said that its majority owner - Albena Holding, has increased its stake in the company by acquiring 5,000 shares at a price of 31 levs ($17.1/15.9 euro) apiece.
Albena did not disclose further information in its statement, published on Thursday.

The 5,000 shares represent 0.12% interest in Albena.
Earlier this week, Albena said that Albena Holding has acquired another 5,350 shares in the company at a price of 31 levs per share.
Albena shares closed at 31 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Thursday.
At the end of 2019, Albena Holding owned 63.39% interest in Albena.
