SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 24 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s competition regulator said it has granted permission to real estate investment company AG Capital to acquire Sofia-based real estate management company Polygraphia Office Centre.
The two companies’ activities are unrelated and thus the deal will not affect competition on the Bulgarian market, the Commission for Protection of Competition said in a statement on Monday.
