August 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER] said it has sold for 2.1 million euro ($2.48 million) its affiliate Project Vrazhdebna that manages a total of 51,526 square metres of zoned properties in Sofia.
The buyer is Sofia-based company CTPark Epsilon, Advance Terrafund said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Project Vrazhdebna is focused on acquiring, building and renovating real estate assets. Its portfolio comprises two land plots in Sofia’s Kremikovtsi district, spanning 39,857 and 11,669 square meters, respectively. The company has a registered capital of 3.91 million levs.
CTPark Epsilon, wholly owned by Czech republic-based CTP Invest spol. s r.o., is active in the acquisition, sale and renting real estate in Bulgaria, according to commercial register data. The company, which has a registered capital of 2,000 levs, was set up in 2020.
