March 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Delta Credit SPV [BUL:DLC] said that NMF Activa fund, managed by Sofia-based firm Activa Asset Management, has increased its shareholding in the company to 5.6015% in a deal concluded on March 9.
The fund now holds a total of 72,820 shares with voting rights in the Delta Credit, the SPV said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Delta Credit SPV's most recent financial report showed that at the end of 2020, the Activa fund controlled a stake of below 5% in the capital of the company.
NMF Activa is an open-end fund that invests in transferable securities or other liquid financial assets raised through a public offering of funds on a risk-sharing basis, according to information published on the website of Activa Asset Management.
Delta Credit SPV's shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on March 11 when they closed unchanged at a price of 37 levs ($22.5/18.9 euro).
