March 30 (SeeNews) - All share indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed higher on Wednesday amid a rise in trading turnover, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SOFIX index added 0.73% to 623.20 points, mainly backed by a 6.31% rise in the share price of Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH], to 8.76 levs, as 17,985 shares of Doverie changed hands.
Turnover on the main market of the BSE grew to 5.4 million levs ($3.1 million/2.8 million euro) from 4.4 million levs on Tuesday.
Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:SBPF] was the most traded company on Wednesday, contributing 1.9 million levs of turnover. Its shares closed flat at 2.80 levs as 683,200 of them changed hands
The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, went up 0.27% to 144.63 points. The index was positively influenced by aluminium products manufacturer Alcomet [BUL:ALCM] which saw its shares rise by 11.94%.
The BGTR30, under which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, rose by 0.15% to 735.77 points, mainly supported by a 6.67% rise in chemical and fertiliser producer Neochim [BUL:NEOH].
The BGREIT, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed Wednesday's session 0.94% higher at 174.04 points, mostly due to a 2.89% gain in Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER].
