January 26 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has confirmed the main market listing of venture capital firm Eleven Capital [BUL:11C] after the expiry of the mandatory three-month surveillance period.
"In view of the expiry of the surveillance period, BSE terminates the surveillance and confirms the listing on the BSE Main Market, Standard Equities Segment, of the issue of shares of Eleven Capital," the stock exchange operator said in a statement on Monday.
Last year, Eleven Capital raised 2.1 million levs ($1.3 million/1.1 million euro) in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which will be used mostly for follow-on investments in its existing portfolio.
Eleven Capital, established in January 2019, is the owner of the portfolio of local venture capital fund Eleven. The Eleven fund was launched in 2012 by Eleven Ventures, as a 12 million euro acceleration and seed fund, which was fully invested in 115 startups over three years. The fund initially benefited from financing from the European Investment Fund (EIF) under the JEREMIE programme.
