August 16 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed mixed on Monday, as turnover rose sharply boosted by trading in NIF Dynamic [BUL:DYN], bourse data showed.
Total turnover on the BSE's main market jumped to some 5 million levs ($3.0/2.6 euro) from 1.5 million levs on Friday. A total of 465,000 shares in NIF Dynamic changed hands flat at an average price of 10.10 levs, contributing some 4.7 million levs to the turnover for the day.
The blue-chip SOFIX index of the Sofia bourse closed 0.13% higher at 583.37 points, mainly supported by a 2.04% rise in the share price of Telelink Business Services (TBS Group) [BUL:TBS].
A total of 2,868 shares in TBS Group traded at an average price of 14.9778 levs on the floor of the BSE on Monday.
The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, rose 0.18% to 129.65 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, lost 0.08% to 632.07 points.
An 8.47% gain in the shares of machine engineering company Hydraulic Elements and Systems (HES) [BUL:HES] supportws a rise in the BGBX40. The BGTR30 was dragged down by a 3.92% decline in software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH].
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, went down 0.19% to 165.02 points, due to a 0.83% drop in the shares of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:BREF].
