July 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said it has sold 881.9 ha of agricultural land at an average price of 14,500 levs per hectare in the first half of the year.
The blue-chip REIT has bought 53 ha of agricultural land in June at an average price of 8,480 levs ($4,994/4,337 euro) per ha, Advance Terrafund said Monday in a filing with the Sofia bourse.

At end-June, Advance Terrafund owned 22,251.9 ha of agricultural land.
Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] shares closed 0.14% higher at 2.189 levs on Monday, as 9,443 units changed hands on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
